Level I:
5-10 hours a week spent training; 5K time of 25+ minutes; swim 500 yards total time of 10+ minutes; 10 mile cycling total time of 30+ minutes

Level II:
10-12 hours a week spent training; 5K time of22-25 minutes; swim 500 yards total time of 7-9 minutes; 10 mile cycling total time of 27-29 minutes

Level III:
15+ hours a week spent training; 5K time of 21 minutes or faster; swim 500 yards total time of 6:30-7 minutes; 10 mile cycling total time of 25 minutes or faster
